All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phtaya06 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phtaya06 accepts no responsibility.

In no event shall phtaya06's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtaya06 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phtaya06's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
